Butt Blast

Warmer months are rising on the horizon.  So, the butt blast (just a fun alliteration for a body weight glute workout) will help girls get ready for their bikinis and guys for their speedos (if you’re ready to take that plunge).  Whatever the case may be, here is a good introductory home workout. 
 
1 x 10 Frog Squats (Remember not to bounce at the bottom of the squat!)
1 x 10 Bulgarian Split Squats (5 each side.  Use your bed, or a chair, and don’t let your knees get in front of your toes)
1 x 20 Frog Squats
1 x 16 (8 each side) Bulgarian Split Squats
1 x 10 Frog Squats
1 x 20 (10 each side) Bulgarian Split Squats
Wall sit against your or wall (Make a 90 degree angle with your legs [like sitting in a chair] and try to hold the position for 1 min)
Rest
Try for a second set of the wall sit!
