Beginner Lower Body Workout Routine

This is a good workout for a man or woman in decent shape (harder workouts will come along shortly). Notice, this is a home workout which requires no equipment and little time. Think of it as a no cost Boot Camp. Heck, you don’t even need to leave your bedroom (note: video demonstrations of exercises can be found in the ‘workout demos’ page above).
 
1 x 20 jumping jacks
20 crunches
1 x 10 squats (Back straight and don’t let the knees go over the toes)
20 bicycle crunches
1 x 20 lunges (10 each side)
20 flutter kicks
1 x 10 Bootstrappers
20 crunches
1 x 10 Bent Squats
20 bicycle crunches
1 x 10 Jump and Tuck
20 flutter kicks
1 x 10 Jumping Lunges (5 each side)
20 crunches
1 x 20 lunges (5 each side)
20 bicycle crunches
1 x 10 Bootstrappers
1 x 10 Bent Squats
